This introductory treatment is designed to gently welcome you into your personalized skin journey at Elysium Skin & Beauty. Your visit begins with an in-depth consultation and professional skin analysis to understand your concerns, goals, lifestyle, and skin history. From there, you will receive a customized skin treatment focused on strengthening the skin barrier, improving hydration, and restoring balance. This facial allows your skin to be properly prepared before moving into more advanced prevention or corrective treatments such as nano infusion, peels, or microneedling. You will leave with: • A personalized treatment plan • Professional product and homecare guidance • Education on your skin health • A clear pathway toward long-term results This experience is ideal for clients who are ready to invest in healthy, radiant, resilient skin.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be paid in full prior to leaving the facility. No exceptions or alternative arrangements will be made. Forms Of Payment I accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. If Deposit is not paid the appointment will be canceled/not accepted. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. RESCHEDULES- 24-Hours Clients may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Each appointment is permitted one 1 reschedule only. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in deposit forfeiture. GIFT CARDS Are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations, no-shows, or additional reschedule requests may result in the gift card being marked as used. REFUNDS All payments/sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Subject to fees as outlined above.
