Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be paid in full prior to leaving the facility. No exceptions or alternative arrangements will be made. Forms Of Payment I accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. If Deposit is not paid the appointment will be canceled/not accepted. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. RESCHEDULES- 24-Hours Clients may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Each appointment is permitted one 1 reschedule only. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in deposit forfeiture. GIFT CARDS Are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations, no-shows, or additional reschedule requests may result in the gift card being marked as used. REFUNDS All payments/sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Subject to fees as outlined above.
