Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service price. Late Policy: If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled to accommodate other clients. Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full appointment duration. No-Show Policy: No-shows (failure to attend your appointment without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the service price. Repeated no-shows may result in requiring full prepayment for future bookings. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may be treated as cancellations and subject to fees as outlined above.
