Not sure which facial or corrective method your skin needs? The Elysium Personalized Skin Renewal takes the guesswork out of booking. After assessing your skin, I will personalize your treatment using products and techniques selected for your concerns, goals and current skin condition. Your facial includes customized cleansing, exfoliation, carboxy oxygenation, LED light therapy, a targeted mask and one corrective treatment method. Depending on your skin’s needs, this may include dermaplaning, nano infusion, V-Tox lifting therapy, Collagen Boost or Clear & Calm support. You choose the facial I’ll take care of choosing the treatment.
Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be paid in full prior to leaving the facility. No exceptions or alternative arrangements will be made. Forms Of Payment I accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. If Deposit is not paid the appointment will be canceled/not accepted. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. RESCHEDULES- 24-Hours Clients may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Each appointment is permitted one 1 reschedule only. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in deposit forfeiture. GIFT CARDS Are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations, no-shows, or additional reschedule requests may result in the gift card being marked as used. REFUNDS All payments/sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Subject to fees as outlined above.
