The Elysium Discovery Facial is the essential first step for all new clients beginning their skincare journey at Elysium Skin & Beauty. This personalized treatment is designed to fully assess your skin, understand your concerns, and create a customized plan tailored to your skin goals and long-term results. Using professional Korean skincare and customized treatment techniques, this experience focuses on restoring balance, supporting barrier health, and building the foundation for healthy, radiant skin. Your treatment may include customized exfoliation, hydration therapy, LED light therapy, treatment masking, and relaxing massage techniques selected specifically for your skin’s needs. Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be paid in full prior to leaving the facility. No exceptions or alternative arrangements will be made. Forms Of Payment I accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. DEPOSITS A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. If Deposit is not paid the appointment will be canceled/not accepted. CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. RESCHEDULES- 24-Hours Clients may reschedule an appointment with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Each appointment is permitted one 1 reschedule only. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. Reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation and will result in deposit forfeiture. GIFT CARDS Are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies. Late cancellations, no-shows, or additional reschedule requests may result in the gift card being marked as used. REFUNDS All payments/sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services. Subject to fees as outlined above.
