Cancellation Policy
All appointments must be paid in full prior to leaving the facility. No exceptions or alternative arrangements will be made. Forms Of Payment I accept cash, debit/credit cards, and e-transfers. A 5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your total service cost. If Depost is not paid the appointment will be canceled/not accepted. Cancellations/NO SHOWS Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointment. Reschedules Clients are permitted a maximum of two reschedules per appointment. Any additional reschedule requests will result in forfeiture of the deposit, and a new deposit will be required to book a new appointment. REFUNDS All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.subject to fees as outlined above.
